BBoy Workshop Vol 1 Trailer

The BBoy Workshop Vol 1 DVD is now available from WWW.BBOYWORKSHOP.COM. The DVD features over 2 hours of genuine B-Boy instruction, teaching the fundamentals of B-Boying and, most importantly, the relationship of the moves to the beat. Instructed by the legendary B-Boy Focus and world renowned drummer Ed Clery, the classes bring you the foundations required to start you on your path to being a well rounded BBoy. The DVD features over 40 moves and variations through Top Rocks, Go Downs, Footworks, Freezes and Power. The classes aim to teach the importance of the relationship between the moves and the music so that new generations of bboys will learn its not the move, its the groove.

    I got the DVD in the mail a few days ago. Thanks for the dropped price. I recommend to everyone who wants to learn bboying. He shows you the relationship between technique and musicality, which is important to know. Other dvds only focus on technique and not show you how to do it on rhythm.
