Hey remedy when i roll from my back to “catch” it looks like just a roll to the side…
so when i keep going i end up rolling 1 space and eventually end up on the other side.
Any way to roll from my back to “catch” without moving away every time?

from watching this video, are you telling me that i don’t sweep my left leg, ‘the non-kicking leg’ (i got cw too) underneath the right leg when it’s up? i can’t get this because every tutorial barely mentions anything about the that leg.

ayy you forgot about the collapse, that plays an important role on windmills

  20. joma1993 23 June 2010 at 6:45 am #

    I look like you apparently.

  21. DubbleDeeLy 29 June 2010 at 7:28 pm #

Um.. I’ve been doing everything that you explained [stab, collapse & kick while turning and aim for upper back & I even spread my legs out
but I always seem to be slamming onto my shoulder >,<
and my bud says it's not sposed to hurt
but Idk how to roll over my shoulder w/o it hurting
& I think my kick is defected
b/c I land on my back
and keep my stabbed elbow in my gut
but I jus land on my back, barely spining
do you know a helpful tip for kicking harder? thanks so much

u know from 0:26 You should tell them, they should learn to holde the balance first, before they go to next step, remember that people, You need to hold the balance, or u will do a failmill instead.
