   i didnt know nothin bout east coast history.
   and respectfully i still dont.
   all i know is poppin/lockin/krumpin is west coast history.
   @ 45 years old i am now just researchin it.
   i never rocked as they call it.
   its important that west coast og’s find out about the rockin history.
   its a great time line to study the evolution of new yorks hip hop.
   see?
   west coast was never hip hop til the east coast claimed it all az hip hop.
   in 1972 it was lockin,or poppin.
   we didnt hear the word hip hop til 84.

   i dont know why we dont tell it with everybodys lagitimate contributions..
   see?
   older folks twist history based on their still prevelant spirit of competition..
   so they still carry the attitude that they are number one-
   but @ the same time?
   they fuck-up the actual history due to ego.
   i know for a fact thats what happen to poppin,and lockin on the west.

   @waves yeah I feel you dog on that it’s just confusing people I know about Power Moves casue I made up the term Power Moves from Powerful Moves and they shorten it to Power Moves.
   that all I got to say so let the real people say what happen the inventors air moves and power moves the difference
